i am training in ..... Department/branch/sdn bhd. i take diploma in quantity surveying. Somebody will says they go to training if that company no give us allowance, they will no apply it. My idea is training is learn somethings that can't learn inschool/college/university. such as communciation skill, Interpersonal skill, tendering skill, contract skill, problem skill and etc. In training, if you got any trouble , problems , you must thinking how to solve it. Thinking is a way to slove it and we can skip it. You do anythings in there are learn , somethings you will thinking that is a trivial matter. but also got somebody can't do it. I learn somethings that except i learn from school/college/universiti.
